We had an advanced personalization production line which can carry out chip encoding and laser engrave printing for variable QR and text accurately correspondingly match printing, with high speed up to 3,000 card per hour.
Laser printing is a permanent dark grey color into to card body. It is more durable than thermal transfer printing. All card with overlay can be printable at your side.
Our new fiber laser engrave printing is a high resolution printer, it can perfect for automatic industrial scanner and manual scanning, laser pass through the overlay into card body to leave permanent mark with a little embossing like UV cover. We had produced at least 12 million cards in this year, but it is industrial machine not for office desktop using. It can printing whole card size any image, any language text, barcode, 2D barcode as QR, Data matrix, in most limited space with high recognition rate.
The laser printing part is import from professional Germany company, we assemble RFID / NFC reader together to fulfill one card can be read, encoded, encryption, data checking, automatic take away reject card, then laser printing the data matching the data encoded, all process in several second on production line.
This production line is mainly use for loyalty cards /tag (differ from ISO cards size) personalization, include chip encoding, encryption, barcode printing, PIN code printing to keep every card can in accurate offer. The clients are huge retailer with 5-10 thousand stores in the world in speed production, there is only several factory can do it in the world.

1D Barcodes are usually printed along the long axis of the card, and are read using swipe readers which use either visible or infrared sensors. 1D Barcodes are usually used to store a single unique character string, used as a pass code, in access control or other holder identification systems.
2D Barcodes store more information than 1-D barcodes. 2D barcodes appear as a matrix of variable sized square dots and are usually read with a raster-scanning beam sensor housed in a hand held "gun" or in a fixed (supermarket style) reader. Swiping is not required.
